Excellent - thanks for the updates guys; I'll rest easy then.

Rest with even more assurance then: I own both Duke Nukem and Re-Volt, both games which have been removed from the catalog for one reason or another, and I can freely download them both.

mykolas: I guess almost a month has gone by but I don't read the forums and missed this news. Delistings are bound to happen from time to time, but has GOG ever pulled a purchased item from someone's catalog?

I currently make zero effort to download offline copies of my purchases, and wonder if I need to start doing so.
It couldn't hurt if you have the available hard drive space.

Konrad: Hey all. Here to let you know about a few games being removed from our catalog:

Star Control: The Ur-Quan Masters and Star Control: The Kessari Quadrant – effective today 1PM UTC
Both Stardock and Fred Ford and Paul Reiche III have requested that GOG remove Star Control: The Ur-Quan Masters and Star Control: The Kessari Quadrant from the GOG catalog. GOG has done so as a courtesy to Stardock and Ford and Reiche without waiver of any of our rights.

Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 – effective Monday, May 7, 10 AM UTC
Due to expiring licensing rights, we were asked to remove the product from our catalog for the time being. We'll be in talks with new distribution rights holders to hopefully bring the game back as soon as possible.

Thanks for your understanding, and a lovely weekend to you all!
Zombieing this thread, but... damn. I wish y'all would make announcements like this news too, so that I didn't miss this. I'd have gotten RCT3, for sure.

Yes, why these announcements never are news posts or why we cannot see news older than 37 hours is beyond unbelievable.
