Can anybody give me a list of the Linux Version of these(just one will do) games including file names and their sub-directories.
Planescape: Torment
Baldur's Gate 1 or 2 (not the EE versions)
or any other game that uses Wine.

The reason for this is because I really want to build a similar standalone wine package for Fallout 2(and perhaps others) so I don't have to install wine system wide (yes I know of playonlinux but it's not what I'm looking for). I sadly don't have the gog versions of any of the games listed above so I need to see how they (GOG) packaged them.

Here you go for the full list of GOG’s Planescape: Torment .tar.gz archive contents:

Just curious, which Linux distribution do you use?

Thank you very much! :D

I'm currently using ubuntu 14.04, but I'll maybe switch to debian 8 later this month(may have to build for a different libc version for that though). I want to keep all my main games in a easy backup solution so I can properly move to distro's more easily. As far as what I have used* distro wise:(arch, gentoo, open suse, fedora, centos, debian, slackware,*BSD(er not linux but eh),etc pretty much most major distros out there. :)

You’re welcome!
As someone who spend more time tweaking and hacking GOG games than actually playing them, I can easily understand how useful such kind of information can be ;)

Fallout 1 & 2 may very well be the next ones on the list ;)

So there are more of us! I compile patched custom versions of dosbox, scummvm and wine and do my own setups for the games. For many a title I fear this will be the extent of the fun I'm going to be having with them :|

Number of games I own on GOG: ~150
Number of GOG games I wrote scripts for: ~50
Number of GOG games I played from beginning to end since I bought them here: one and a half

We’re on the same boat ;)
