No they aren't, and no they don't.

I and others have asked the THQ rep on this board many times to please add Achievements to all the THQ games that are missing Achievements on GOG. This has cycle has been going on for years.

Every single time, the THQ rep both:

a) never responds to the problem and

b) the THQ company continues to deliberately neglect/ignore the problem and refuses to give GOG customers feature parity with many of their GOG games vs. the same games on other platforms that do have Achievements there.

As you well know, the main second class citizens list doesn't track the missing achievements issue, it's on a separate one (where, yes, they're also the second most mentioned publisher). You're the one who's adamant about achievements, so feel free to add their games from there. I'm quite against the concept, and definitely very much against if they're not purely in-game, as in they require Galaxy or some connection to validate or whatever.

The missing Linux version of this game was enough for me to not touch anything published by this company.

There's a lot of games I want to buy on that list, but if THQ can't afford to release a Linux version (which is already on Steam) of a game here, then I can't afford to buy any of their games both old and new releases.
