Again. No new game, no sale. Sorry. "Sinking City" anyone???

Really wish you'd get The Sinking City on here. Frogwares sell their own version on consoles, Origin and their own website, so it's definitely possible.
Nacon only tried pushing their incomplete version to Steam.

An alternate cover artwork for one of the Sherlock Holmes games?

Nevermind, just noticed the Crimes & Punishments tattoo.

I really don't understand the logic here. What has the release of game X to do with buying game Y on sale?

If you've already bought all games from a sale, there's nothing left to buy (except for gift codes to give away).

Keep in mind that Frogwares never managed to bring the gold version of "Dracula: Love Kills" (with additional gameplay) to GOG despite being able to do so on Steam and despite myself asking if it would be possible to bring the gold version to GOG as well. Obviously it is too hard to bring an already released game version to GOG ... obviously Frogwares does not really care about GOGers.

"Hey, sorry for such a late reply. I don't think we have any plans to bring the deluxe edition to GOG. Is buying it on Steam not an option for you?"

When I told them that it is not an option for me to buy on Steam (since I like DRM.-Free and have already purchased on GOG)

"I'm sorry, Marko. Let us see what we can do. Perhaps, we can come up with a solution."

So I waited patiently and asked in 01/2020

"Hello , we are working on it"

Nothing happened and finally in 03/2020 (another 2 months later) I asked again

"Sadly, it's much more difficult, especially for a game this old. It's not simply a matter of downloading the build from Steam and uploading it to GOG, it involves a lot of internal technical work, and we, being a small team, have to prioritize where our resources go. I understand this is not what you would like to hear, but at this point, we do not have any update. If we do, I'll message you directly here."

In 05/2020 I asked again but never got any reply.

Somehow this treatment does not give me a good incentive to buy other Frogware games .... because I have to prioritize as well ...

Thank you for this detailed albeit disheartening post. Let's hope they change their crappy attitude by bringing The Sinking City here and being more responsive about getting games to GOG.
Still hoping Frogwares will bring back 80 Days. GOG would be able to fix it:)

Yeah, it just seems like a random reference, since the game is set in the late 1800s or early 1900s London, pretty distant from 60/70s Las Vegas in every sense.

It's the same promotional image present on Steam. My question instead is: what is Cthulhu doing in the background, if The Sinking City is still in the hands of Nacon? Even on Steam it's not included in the selection of titles on promotion.

Who decided this? As far as I know the judgement is still open and right now nobody knows in whose hands the game is - or did I miss something?

Yes, but for the second time Nacon released it on Steam, and it seems no one objected this time, so they must have some legal foothold.
