Are able to be obtained? I mean, some games also are in spanish but for example, I have an original copy of Baldur's Gate completely in Spanish and I was wondering if is able to get a patch or language pack somewhere.

Please see here the official answer regarding Italian language packs, the same is true for Spanish ones. Normally it is a problem because of the rights, since translations were often not done be the original devs.

I just want to make sure everyone knows that I'm willing to work with indie devs to translate their games to Spanish for cheap. With rights to include them in any distribution they choose.

I have downloaded the Planescape: Torment's translation and it works fine, the same for the Gothic games. A very useful page. And the translations are free. Hope it helps :)
