Those games were published by EA so would need them to sign off, and it has been a while since EA released anything here.

Yes, they were original published by EA, but I think they have nothing to do with those games anymore.

Shank 2 is DRM-free on Humble Bundle (1st one was too but is no longer sold there). Also, both games are published by Klei themselves on Steam.

And if you search for them on Origin, they no longer sell them there.

So I believe it's up to Klei and GOG to put the games on sale here.
