I've posted this link in some of the Sonic topics in the wishlist and I'm posting it here too. Two of these games are my all time favourites next to Sonic Adventure 1 1998 Dreamcast, Sonic Adventure 2 Dreamcast and Sonic R PC. They are Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic 2006

There are links to the petition on Steam too. The idea being that if Steam gets them, maybe GOG should also get them as well. I've never played Colors before either so that could be good.

The 2006 port will need to be a debugged remake and the Shadow one will need to be an Uncensored/Uncut Edition like the original was going to be before the racist censors on the localisation teams made them change it.

Perhaps the 2006 remake could include a "classic mode" like in Strife VE that emulates the original version, bugs and all as a joke. Maybe include an achievement for beating classic mode called "Pest Control" and one for 100%ing Classic Mode called "Lord of the Game" like in Tyrian.

These kind of petitions never work, and getting Sega of all people to listen to one? Sega doesn't even communicate properly between it's own divisions.

To be honest, if Sega was interested in working with GOG at all, we probably would have seen Valkyria Chronicles for sale here already. And Sonic Generations. And Sonic Allstars Racing. (the original and transformed)

and the megadrive classics which were drm free on dotemu before they were taken down

Not necessarily, as Valkyria Chronicles, Sonic Generations and Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed require Steam on PC (and GOG's success with De-Steamifying games is still not that impressive). If Sega was interested, however, we could have at least gotten Alpha Protocol, the Sega Mega Drive games, the Dreamcast Collection and other games that were released outside of Steam.

I'm all for Sega publishing their games here, but I'd be way more excited for a re-release of the PC versions of Daytona USA and Panzer Dragoon than any Sonic game TBH
