When will the second wave of releases hit? What games are likely to come next? Which ones are you hoping for? Is Rockstar Games a part of the deal?

Max Payne 1 & 2
I'm hoping for Rockstar to start bringing some of their stuff, as well as older titles that 2K has the rights to, like the Myth series, Oni, Nomad, Quarantine 1 + 2, Millennia: Altered Destinies, Hell: A Cyberpunk Adventure, and Ripper. And I wouldn't complain if they brought their newer stuff here DRM-free as well. :-)
Dark Colony would be awesome, if 2K still owns it. Easily the hardest rts I've ever played, with the possible exception of Dark Reign.

Oni and Myth would be amazing. Those two games are practically the red-headed stepchildren of Bungie's history, even though they were incredibly innovative for their day.
The first four Civilization games will probably be in the next batch of 2K releases. There's a good chance we'll get the original Bioshock, since it's already available DRM-free on the Humble Store.

As for hopes, I hope we get some of their newer games. I would love to see the whole Bioshock series release here, and if any of the Borderlands games show up I'd be interested in giving that series a second chance. Civ V would be cool, as would Spec Ops: The Line. Maybe throw in one or more of their NBA games, since those look like they could be fun. At the moment I can't think of any other 2K games that I'm personally interested in. If Rockstar counts, then I would really like to try the first two Max Payne games since I loved Alan Wake and they're made by the same developer.

If the GoD games publishing rights stuck with 2K/Take 2, it'd be cool to see Nocturne also, and - less likely, the Blair Witch games.

But in a nutshell, I think the most interesting stuff would be what you mentioned: older un-re-released Take 2 games.

For starters anyway: Stronghold 2, Stronghold Legends, CIV 1-4

I don't think R* games are going to be as easy to come by as other classics owned by 2K.

I'm hoping for Callahan's Crosstime Saloon, but it's probably not high on the release priority list.

Everything that's already been mentioned would be good. But my p

Ooh crap, Tifshell mentioned Nocturne and Blair Witch! So that's about it!

Maybe Duke Nukem Forever too.
Black Dahlia
Bioshock series
Borderlands series
Kiss : Psycho Circus
Lemmings!
Spec Ops : The Line
Manhunt

that's about it...

I wish, but I think Sony has the rights.
Probably the Civilization series to drum up some excitement for the upcoming Civilization VI, but I'm not confident we'll get them all at once. On the other hand, Civilization VI might be the hinted AAA game, so we could end up getting all of them this year. Time will tell.

Oh yes, i forgot that. Is there a IP/rights holders tracking thread here by the way?

Have a few games that i'd like to know who the rights-holder is (Ecstatica and City of Lost Children i'm looking at you...)

Everything developed and/or published by Psygnosis is likely to be owned by Sony.
