Wow, only 24 hours to act... is the game worth a grab at full price?

The game has already been removed from Steam by the publisher. It seems that the developers didn't know anything about it, according to this post by Dennis Löfgren:

"Hey everybody. I'm Dennis Löfgren, game designer at Right Nice Games (the developers of Skylar and Plux). We were unaware of this takedown as well as the takedowns on PS and Xbox. We're trying to get in touch with Grip Digital (the publisher) and see if there is anyway we can get the game back up and available for purchase. In the meantime, keep an eye out on our Twitter @RightNiceGames."

It could become available again published directly by them, or it could end up forever in some legal limbo.

Great news, given that it has Steam Achievements but no Galaxy Achievements.

Games that treat GOG customers like second-class citizens by removing features for the GOG version shouldn't be allowed onto the platform at all, IMO.

Plus, maybe if/when it gets re-released, they will have the decency to give it full parity with the Steam version this time.

At this point, only the publisher seems to know. And they aren't talking. :/

I'm annoyed too about the often missing Galaxy achievs, but this thread has nothing to do with such topic.
Also, your opinion about the removal doesn't seem very nice, since various people don't care about achievs..

I understand that the publisher may have drop this on you (GOG/Gog staff)
last minute and on a rush to delist,
but specially because of the aprox. 24H to do so,
please make this kind of post Sticky.

So that people that may have been waiting for a sale,
or on the fence to buy it can do so.
