One of my favorite songs for the season is Céline Dion's "Don't Save It All for Christmas Day":

https://youtu.be/qdRncshZ4Vw

Its message combined with Celine's incredible voice is something that always takes me aback every time I listen to it. I hope you guys like.

I'm in for the GA. I really appreciate the kind gesture. You guys rock! Thank you very much for being able to participate in this Christmas Surprise Party.

Take care, happy holidays and a Merry Xmas (or whatever you celebrate!).

p.s.: My wishlist screenshot's attached.

Caesar.: Thanks for the giveaway, I'd like to be in and my wishlist is public.
Your wishlist seems to be public, but for some reason (probaly a GOG bug) I just get a forever-spinning-circle whenever I try to look at it. Maybe you could post a screenshot or send me the wishlist via chat?

Thanks not in, since I think I have enough games to sate the game goblin I keep in my hard drive, at least for now. I either have to put in games or the tears of small children, I'm not sure which is cheaper. The song that I always go to for the Christmas holidays is Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy

I checked your wishlist too, Caesar, and I get the same thing. Spinning circle (and some really weird things in the top menu bar).

I tried it with another browser (one in which I'm not already logged in) and it is indeed weird. I know it worked in the past; I used to have a look at my public wishlist from time to time to check if there were any discounts when I didn't feel like logging in, but nowadays I just have the browser remember my username and password. Looks like I broke the website. :( Time to open a support ticket?

I have no problem posting a screenshot; it was supposed to be public anyway. See attached.

Thanks for the warning!

The Little Boy That Santa Claus Forgot

I like this song, it teaches kids to be grateful with their gift as others might not be so lucky.

I'm in, my chat and wishlist is public.

Update: the dot at the end of my username was breaking some code so GOG Support graciously offered a name upgrade. My wishlist should be visible now.

It works like a charm, now :)

I really like this Christmas song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6rZtIipew8 It's called Last Christmas by Crazy Frog. I usually just eat cookies and pizza around Christmas time.
Thanks both for your generosity!

In my city there are a lot of Portuguese Christmas songs. As for example the music of this link:
A Todos Um Bom Natal (A Good Christmas Everyone)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXuH1AmbQLc

I just enjoy the bit of all Portuguese and international Christmas songs. As for example the international music of this link:
Jingle Bells

A typical Christmas candy in my town is “Aletria” (Capellini).
Below I will write the recipe for this delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
150 g of “Aletria” (Capellini)
5 dl of milk
50 g butter
200 g of sugar
4 egg yolks
1 lemon peel
cinnamon powder q.s.
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:
Cook the “Aletria” (Capellini) in warm water with a little salt. Drain the water.
Heat the milk with a thin peel of lemon, and then gradually add it to the “Aletria” (Capellini), keeping the heat on and stirring constantly.
Add the butter and then the sugar. Beat the egg yolks and mix a little milk.
Remove the “Aletria” (Capellini) from the fire, adding the yolks carefully.
Bring to the boil again for a minute or two without boiling.
Pour the still warm “Aletria” (Capellini) on a platter.
Let it cool down a bit and garnish with cinnamon to your liking.

I'am in and my wishlist is public. :)

Might be hard to gift you something. Your wishlist is empty. o_O
I'll be in, but I'm afraid I don't have anything particularly special to put that isn't common to a good billion other Americans or so. This country outputs, like, 90% of the hugely commercialized Christmas songs, movies, traditions, etc. that everybody is already familiar with. As for me, my personal favorite part is the television programs and movies. It's a regular tradition for me to watch How the Grinch Stole Christmas and some of the Rankin-Bass cartoons around this time. As far as food goes, my mom usually makes banana pudding.

Favorite song is probably "God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen", I usually go for the more traditional versions of it.

edz: oh I got zapped down another 6 points over nite. oh well
Don't worry, so did most of the people zapping you.

It's a small comfort, but it helps me get through the day. :D
Makielki, in my humble opinion, is the tastiest regional Christmas dish. It consists of minced poppy seed mixed with honey, raisins, nuts and homemade noodles.
To prepare it you need to wash poppy seed and leave it in cold water for about 24 hours. Then you need to blanch it and mince it (or save yourself the trouble and buy it minced already :) ). To the minced poppy you need to add hacked raisins, figs, almonds and nuts and some honey. Then you need to prepare the dough for the noodles. The important thing is that the noodles should be shaped in thick stripes.

Here is a link to several instrumental arrangements of traditional Christmas songs, the first one Gdy się Chrystus rodzi" is my personal favorite.

I would like to be in. Thank you for the giveaway.
