InSaintMonoxide: If you activate framelock in GTA: San Andreas it actually locks the Framerate to 24 FPS. It's godawful.

Jon_Irenicus_PL: If you don't set it, though, the game breaks, no?

I have heard reports it causes bugs.

I played the entire game in 24 frames and it was good. It was very cinematic.
The game only gives you the option to lock or unlock framerate, and with unlocked framerate it does indeed become glitchy. It doesn't break if it runs at 30 or less fps though, so i lock it at 30 in my graphics card control panel.

phaolo: I think the sweet spot is 13.57 FPS

Darvond: You mean 13.37, right?
Perfect!

all gamers game at -13 fps!
GET WITH THE TIMES BRO.
1 fps is way more cinematic, like holy cinematic batman. Best experience ever.

-1 is even more cinematic man.
I don't know much about these cinematic vbs,,
Yeah 24 is like that but it would be better if its lesser around 14/16 like that.
Just replace your GPU with a GTX 1030, and all games will become "cinematic". :P
Pffff. You still use eyes, so last century!
