Leroux: I'm more worried by the obvious lack of Shadowrun Dragonfall DC in your collection. ;)

xkt77: It is on my wishlist on steam :). What is so great about it? What differs it from the base game? The story?
It's much longer than Shadowrun Returns, less linear, with more side quests, the tactical combat scenarios are better thought out and more exciting, and the story is superior too, maybe a little less predictable, but in any case darker, more ambiguos and with more choices on the part of the player. I enjoyed Shadowrun Returns, too, but Dragonfall was able to top it. It won't mean much to you given that you still have to buy the D&D collection but where Shadowrun Returns felt like a shorter NWN campaign to me, Dragonfall conjured memories of Baldur's Gate 2. ;)

My only criticism about it was that its structure felt too much like the formula of (newer) Bioware games, and apparantly you're about to become a fan of Bioware games. ;)

xkt77: I have an extra copy of Pillars of Eternity I'm trying to trade/sell off. This guy online said he'd buy something for around $20 for it since he doesn't have paypal; I may just go with this bundle and call it a day. :)
That's 20$ well spent, take it would be my suggestion.

I'm already a fan!

Loved the Mass Effect series and enjoyed my 20 hours of Dragon Age Origins before I lost my save file.

OldOldGamer: I've never found Neverwinter nights and sequels, interesting.
How story in NW1 and NW2 start ... well... damn! What a pity.

Leroux: You (and countless others) are playing it wrong! Scrap the official campaign and start downloading the free superior community campaigns, the big idea behind NWN and the only reason why it is as popular as it is. ;)
Yeah, probably.
Never got into the community stuff, since the base game driven me off.
If I only think of the quets...
"Please, I'm good, that guy is evil, can you kill it for me"?
"Oh! Sure!"

Huinehtar: For instance the KotOR series use the D20 system which derivates from D&D3, too.
Interesting, I didn't know that.

My opinion: buy! A bunch of really great games for a fair price.
Thanks for the replies everyone! I decided to pass. I still have about 50 hours left of Pillars of Eternity and countless hours with all of my other games. I will most likely play Baldur's Gate 2 at some point and will probably pick it up during another sale. :)
The D&D games come up pretty regularly. But if you do get them don't skip over the first Baldur's Gate. You'll thank me afterwards...

IIRC, there was an official D20 Star Wars module (tabletop RPG wise), and it was the beginning of "struggle" between "oldschool" SW players (who played the original D6 system) and the "newwave" SW players (who played D20 system). Just like the little war between AD&D and D&D3 players.
Ah, good times. ;-)

PS: They all were wrong, GURPS FTW! :D

I didn't even know there was such a thing as Star Wars role playing.
Though I probably should have guessed there was...
Well, thanks for enlightening me! (:
