And remakes, as it seems, even if they are being made by official studios that belong to the brand. Pity. Sad. A real waste. They could revive all of their fans and successful, past franchises. After the Streets of Rage Fiasco, Golden Axe remake was shut down, too, doomed to remain forever in its prototype version. Too sad, because they could make money with this. And win fans, especially the old ones, back. Outrun, Shinobi, Golden Axe, Streets of Rage. Those poor sobs used the copyrights to bury those gems of the past forever, AND prevent ANY other amateur programmer work on them individually (heello streets of rage remake).
Too bad once Sega had been one of my favorites. I totally regret it. They have no dignity or self-esteem, now they are nintendo lapdogs.
