Actually Hitler would never pass a F I think as it would mean instantly disqualifying himself from government after 3F enacted. You can decide whether you want to give us the option to test two unknowns (trent's suggestion) or go for a half unknown/half known government. You can't nominate me or trent. So the latter would only leave ZFR or Joe. While for the double-unknown government your choice of chancellors would be agent, scene, blotunga and RT-CB.
