It's still copyrighted, such things do not depend on platform. It's no different than emulating DOS or the Sega Mega Drive and then playing games you do not own on them.

Indeed. It is nice to see that they're at least selling the system. It gets on my nerves when companies neither sell nor giveaway software that important as it puts people in the position of having to either pirate or do without completely.

EDIT: And it's nice that the cost of upgrading between editions is just the price difference between them, so many companies would ask for more.
