That question is if he succeeds will it affect GOG retaining the right to sell the games already here?

The real question is; will Disney even entertain the notion of selling them? Disney doesn't sell; they only d̶e̶v̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶e̶v̶e̶r̶y̶t̶h̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶i̶r̶ ̶p̶a̶t̶h̶ buy everything they can find.
