No I'm pretty sure Bioware just said they wanted to expand to new audiences, it was the Capcom dude who actually outright said they wanted CoD players, I think this was about RE5, can't be sure though.

And yes I've played RE0 (through Dolphin on my computer) but I never finished it.

Crosmando: I remember playing a game on the PS1 waaaaaay back in the day which was also set on a train, the train had been taken over by terrorists, it also had the same static camera angle as RE games. Was pretty fun as I remember it, can't remember the name though

I still have my GameCube and my copy of the game, so I won't be rushing out to pick this one up.

I find it quite funny - and also quite sad - that the only game of particular note that Capcom has brought out in 2014/2015 that isn't a port or minor update is Monster Hunter 4.
