Wolfy777: Question about the "free until July 13th DLCs": are they only available if you buy the game until that date or can they be purchased separately later?
Yes, those are all limited time only. So if you want them you should buy the game now.

why?
is this the typical anime fanatic recommendation?
We checked and the prices for Ys IX: Monstrum Nox are all correct.

Does this means that the games' (lack of) regional pricing was NISA's decision?
When it was mentioned the game has no regional pricing it was because the price on GOG is the same as the US,
while on Steam it has the usual prices for each region.

No, they are not. Regional prices are still not adjusted.

No, it's an ARPG recommendation moreso than anime. And it's got very deep lore about the world. I'm still on Celceta after 1, 2, and Origins, but it's pretty fun so far.

Sad to hear that. As much as I love GOG, it makes no sense to buy the game here if it's three times cheaper elsewhere. I hope NISA reconsiders that at some point.

Thanks for trying though, I appreciate that.

This website goes into various orders to play them in. I'm following the story path since it's the most recommended.

In general, you should know that these games have different attack mechanics and engines in release order:

Bump-attack - you walk into enemies to kill them: 1 and 2
Napishtim - Zelda-like with jumping: Napishtim, Felghana, Origins
Seven - 3D proportional models with party members: Seven, Celceta, 8, 9

Yeah, that's the only way that decision makes any sense, alas.

On GOG, base game costs R$ 321.79. Price for the base game is R$ 113.99 on Steam and on the Epic store. So, about a third of the price here on GOG.
