KeoniBoy: Early, 100+ so far, reviews on St*am ~ https://store.steampowered.com/app/1329880/Wild_West_Dynasty/
My, oh-my, Very ----. As "not good" with that many early reviews, so far, as we've ever seen. Toplitz does have a bit of a sketchy track record with previous products. Caveat emptor?

Yeah, I don't tend to put a lot of stock in Steam EA reviews (usually pretty vicious), but...

... does seem like this EA release was a bit too early.

If it was the same developer as Medieval Dynasty, I would feel pretty confident that the game will end up in a good state, but it's sadly not the same developer.

There are a number of things I would like to see fixed or changed, but not having actually played it yet, I'll refrain.

Still optimistic, but there's a bit of work to be done.

Is it worth the EA price ATM? As a huge Wild West fan... I'm wrestling with that. But for someone else... would be kinda hard ATM to justify recommending this to someone for the $21 - $26 price tag when they could get RDR2 or RDO on discount elsewhere for the same price.
We approach new releases with caution, especially EA ones, preferring to wait until a representative number of reviews are available, to see how well, and frequently, the product is supported/updated, and until a favorable price point for entry occurs, i.e., discount!
I see from the review that the game already has a 2.8 overall and 1 verified rating without any reviews. I can never figure out why people want to throw negatives at games that are in development and will take time to work all the bugs/kinks out. The game just came out yesterday...
I do not know this game seems great even though not everything is perfect about it. Since, it is a very new game, I love this game, I am in the process of getting it. This year I have foung a game that have been looking for but I was not about to play it on my PS4 console because that game was not release to that generation console. I am mentioning that because I was trying to Mediaval Dynasty with Wild West Dynasty but I could because they arwe both very unique. My hope and wishes for this gameare; if the graphic could be improve a bit that would be nice and also if we could have narators that would be great. If this game or next game could also be releasing on next gen console. This game has already include one of m greatest wishes, having a third person prospective. I know the game is still under development or have final touch need to be done, it is a great game...I have found about this game...I cannot wait to try it. Even though if that mean we will pay a bit more that would be perfectly fine...
I think some people here are misunderstanding what in development/ early access is.

Early Access is something, what is not DIN-certified. A game anything from a nearly bug-free beta version to a shallow bug-infested alpha version. I did the whole process with Ark: Survival Evolved (before its first DLC was published during EA). You must be willing to take the risk like at the stock market and have a good intuition.

Sternitzky: I did. But not as much as GTA5O. If they implemented housing in RDR2O, it would be surely instanced housing like the GTA counterpart. Take 2 wants the online parts of its games generating money, but letting players build freely in the same instance (like in Ark: Survival Evolved) would make playing the implemented online features a torture and a unpleasant experience. Obstacles would destroy a fluid gameplay of their features, and the online community gets more scattered across instances in order to try avoiding other unpleasant players. It's difficult to generate a steadily income in a free build system, unless you sell each furniture and every other buildable stuff separately like a Ark game combined with the Sims. And I doubt every game can bear a Sims monetary system. This is even a challenge for the Sims.

toupz111: There is housing and rp components in rdr2 online it's just unofficial, its called RedM just like fiveM for gta 5, best servers ever and fuck rockstar
Yes. There were a number of additions R* and Take 2 could have implemented that wouldn't have ruined the economy or broken the experience into server hell.

I've watched a lot of gameplay videos and...

... I've found a few that are enjoying the game...

... and...

... a lot that are out-and-out hating the game.

My take?

Many thought this was Medieval Dynasty's developer (it is not. they are currently working on Sengoku Dynasty ) and are disappointed by what's seen as a step-down in graphical and gameplay quality. Additionally, there are a number of bugs and a general belief that this game was released -- even into EA -- too early. Lastly, as usual, there's a hyperbolic social media feeding frenzy when sensing blood in the water.

It seems to me that Medieval Dynasty became a cult hit and many were waiting for a follow-up... and the state of Wild West Dynasty was disheartening. Still think there's a great potential for the game... but hope Moon Punch and Toplitz have the will to see the game past the finish line.
Okay I'll go for this.

Does this game worth playing? Or should players waiting to play that game? Because starting the game game over and over after each patch is boring. Also trying to get a refund does not seem to be option. Because even that refund page is acting strange... I was never a pc gamer before until a few games force me to start playing on pc. But this game, I have tried more than enough...
