though to unlock some of the crazier outfits you have to finish the game at least once, IIRC, at least in the 4th game.

I reckon that this is another proof that we will never get the WotS3 Plus version (i.e the ultimate version) on PC. Otherwise it would have been made available on gog, if anywhere.
