The game is using Denuvo so sadly it most likely won't happen...

Strange. Did they go back to not mentioning Denuvo on the store page?

Whenever it's mentioned or not on the store page seems pretty random.

Here the info comes from Denuvo themselves : https://support.codefusion.technology/rime_21201612/

Well, recent releases either mentioned Denuvo on the storepage (like Moto Racers 4 or Syberia 3 before it was removed twice) or in the game's EULA (like Dragon Quest Heroes 2 and Nier Automata), so I found it weird that they've gone back to not mentioning at all. Oh well.

Extremely disappointing... I really hate to say this, but i hope it gets cracked in a few days and then they might as well release it on GOG.
RiME would have been an instabuy for me here today, regardless of price. Not buying it on steam.

Well damn, that's a shame. I really liked The Sexy Brutale, and the reviews for this one are good, so it would have been an instabuy for me if it were available on GOG. I assume the difference in DRM policy is due to the games having different publishers.

Mhm, not sure whether you're talking about Steam, but Denuvo is mentioned on the store page for Rime there.

I was talking about Steam and, yesterday, there was a mention after all, but not in the usual place I expected it to see.

Oh, I see. Interesting placement indeed. And equally interesting is the disclaimer "only until it's cracked". At least they are realistic, I suppose ;)
Good news everyone... RiME's Denuvo has been cracked and they are removing it from the Steam release:

Now I see no reason whatsoever for RiME not be on GOG - it will be an instabuy for many of us here!
