The Masterplan, a 2D top-down tactical heist simulator, is available now for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux -- DRM-free on GOG.com with a 25% launch discount.

Sounds like a plan, a Masterplan. Can you orchestrate the biggest heist in history? It's the 70's, and you're the mastermind behind a band of misfits who just want to get rich - it doesn't have to be quick or easy, but it does have to be spectacular. The Masterplan is a top-down 2D tactical game in which you'll plan and execute the most dangerous and profitable heists. Whether you're going in loud or slipping by unnoticed, you'll be in charge of assembling the ideal team for the job, picking the perfect gear, and forming the ideal plan. When things get heavy, it's up to you to keep your team in-line and efficient - hide bodies, use disguises, hack electrical systems, take hostages, and do what it takes to get out alive and a whole lot richer. Most importantly though, keep it stylish.

Heat,The Italian Job, The Killing, The Masterplan. Join the greats, DRM-free on GOG.com! The 25% launch discount will last until June 21st, 11:59 AM GMT.
Apparently, there will be a Twitch stream on Monday too...
Ah, I thought that GOG's master plan was finally revealed. :P
Oooh,...this looks like a modern-day-version of "They stole a million"...nice!
Looks interesting and I'm sure the publisher is happy they released during the summer sale.
I love the heists missions in GTA Online and I doubt I'll get the same thrill from this game (at least, it's solo so I won't have to rely on partners) but it interested me enough so I bought it to have a different kind of flavor and to encourage the devs as it will be tough to sell during the sales ;)
low rated
*sigh*
You know, Monaco had a whole ton of hype before and after it came out, but I tried it and did not care for it.

As far as heist games go, The Masterplan looks a lot more like my cup of tea.

But... wishlisted. :( If I had more disposable income I'd buy it up right now to support the dev.

Don't think there is a big difference for a game with 20 EUR base price... people would be wishlisting it and waiting for promo anyway... But looks like it can be a great fun!
Looks interesting, thanks!
Good release!

No, just the normal plan. You thinking that does go according to the *master*plan though
I really love the trailer, the screenshots and the concept of the game (looks like a modern version of The Clue! to me. This game would have been an instabuy for me. But unfortunately it is regionally priced (with some regions having to pay more than the base price) and I won't support that. Instead I will pick it up when it shows up in a bundle in a few months.
