The Complete Collection costs more than buying the base game + all DLCs ?

You're right! The price on the convenience of buying one item in this case seems to be $2.04

That's because the discount is still low. But hey, at least we have a complete collection, so I can buy it at some point :D
And It also includes the preorder DLC!

no discount for people who own the original base game? I mean I got it for free and I'm not sure if I'm interested in all the dlcs, but still, it would be good to know :D
Are we sure there will not be coming more DLCs rendering this complete collection not complete?
It would be the right time to finally fix the achievements that have been totally disabled for quite some time.
The day after i bought the last two dlc i needed...
So instead of adding the missing German language support for one of the DLCs they have removed the German language support from the complete edition completely? Great.
According to the description for Sudden Strike 4: Complete Collection, it includes the Battle of Kursk DLC (skirmish map). My understanding is that this was previously only available to those who pre-ordered the original release.

Now that the Battle of Kursk DLC is no longer a pre-order exclusive, will it be made available (either for purchase or for free) to those who purchased (but didn't pre-order) the original release of the game?

If so then the complete collection should include those giving them for free to current owners.

I agree but have seen several times how this was not how further DLCs have been handled.
