In the lie of the storm.

Solstice is now available DRM-free on GOG.com, 50% off until September 14th, 2 pm UTC.
A magnificent city that stands defiant against the devastating blizzards turning the outside world into an icy tomb. Trapped inside its walls are doubt, distrust, fear. Their carriers? A motley crew of citizens that shall soon face some rather unpleasant truths.
A branching, dystopian story that unfolds through your choices.

Get the OST + Bonus Conten (including a digital art book and printable card set) separately or as part of the Digital Collector's Edition.
Nice to see MoaCube on Gog .
Oh my gosh, I've been wanting this forever - but I didn't want to buy on Steam, and the version on their site never went on sale.. But I never thought I'd see it come here! Yay, thanks GOG and MoaCube! :D
Thank you, GOG! Looking forward to enjoying this.

Wait, how can this be sold as a series when the collector's edition already includes the game and extras?

Yeah, looks like GOG.com accidentally listed it as a series, even though you can get all of the content (game + all digital extras) by simply buying the Collector's Edition.

Anyway, I'm glad to see Moacube games on GOG.com. And in general, I'm glad to see visual novels on GOG.com that are here because of their intricate storytelling, as opposed to visual novels whose primary selling point is nudity. Don't get me wrong, I like nudity, too! lol! But I love visual novels the way Moacube makes them, with the focus on high-quality storytelling.
the style of people talking reminds me of some HOGs (hidden object games)

Its like a good hog , but without the minigames.

Cinders seems to be using the exact same development tool / engine it has the same way of 'typing' the text in the dialogs... same developer perhaps ?

Anyway they look interesting and the system requires claim to be very low:

no sound card needed at all , and also no cpu needed ...... :D

only onboard hardware , a very nice minimum requirement.
I assume its written in unity ? ( seems 99% is developed in unity nowadays)

Minimum system requirements - Windows: 7 / 8 / 10
Memory: 512 MB RAM
DirectX: Version 9.0
Storage: 200 MB available space
Mouse, Keyboard
