One one hand I find it sad that the "Deluxe Edition" does not contain the soundtrack.
On the other hand I am glad that we get the soundtrack here at all. I had to buy the soundtracks for the other Sherlock Holmes games on Steam.

I own the Deluxe Edition which includes the season pass, a new dlc was released today however I have no access to it, nothing new on my library or Galaxy, the store says I don't own it, it also says I don't own the season pass, even though I already own some content from it.

On a side node, there is also a dlc for an .exe 5mb called "pre-order bonus Orwell" I have redeemed the game with a cdkey provided on a seperate page, why is there a dlc for sherlock for another game? it does nothing, its unnecessary and should be removed.


Edit: I am trying to send a message to support but they have added some new type of virtual chat support and cant contact anyone actually human to inform them.

The included Season Pass adds files to download, not library items.
Download the DLC files from this website, or under Extras in Galaxy.
Also, in Galaxy the DLC(s) should download/install automatically if the game's installed (check installed DLCs in Game Options (next to Play button) > Manage Installation > Configure)

The GOG library doesn't work like Steam (though most people probably agree that it should, in this case). Owning the Season Pass as part of a Deluxe version doesn't add the Season Pass to your library/account.
Me, I don't care - I download the offline installers and use 3rd party software to manage my offline(!) game library.

Its not there, don't have the DLC in the menu as you say.

but not the "beyond a joke" dlc

That worked! It now appears on the gog librarry! Nothing on Galaxy though.

Bit of a silly system if you ask me, confusing to have deluxe and standard like that.


Edit: When I try to download the dlc installer from the store, it gives me a 404 error :(

I don't use Galaxy. The offline installer loads just fine for me.

Victorian DLC is missing. Is that the correct name? Chat bot needs a "get me a human, please" button.

Tried it again, it works now, Victorian DLC is missing in my library for me as well, even though I was there before, but its available on Galaxy.

Yeah I still cant figure out how to make the chatbot get a human on the line.

I just purchased the deluxe version (incl. the season pass) and victorian pack was not included. Did they change this or is it normal?

The Victorian Pack was a pre-order bonus and it is not part of the season pass. So as far as I know it has to be purchased separately.

Well, the season pass lists 4 content DLCs out of 5, the victorian pack does not seem to be included. The deluxe edition is Standard + Season pass.
I got the deluxe edition right at the beginning and have all DLCs, including the victorian pass.
Maybe it was changed at some point or was a bonus for preorder.
