Wow a pay to win historically inaccurate adventure game, top-priced but doesn't have other speech than English. Also it is Frogware so it's going to be a crash/bug-fest.

Pay to play, not pay to win. I am not aware of any DLC or microstransaction, that leads you right to the end credits.

Name one historitally accurate adventure game that has other languages than english.

So far no serious bugs catched my eye.
The last game in the series was afaik dubbed into quite a few languages. So this one is different in that regard.

I am interrested into "The Sinking City". Wake me up, when that one gets listed here. This one is far to expensive and incomplete (see the upcoming story DLCs...) for me. See you again in 1 year or so Frogwares.

Looks like a good game, regardless if it is historically unaccurate or not loyal to the books...
I'll wishlist it and meanwhile I might try out Crimes and Punishments.
Aye, I couldn't care less about historical accuracy but I must agree that some other mentioned elements are... concerning.

paladin181: Oh, a Frogwares Title. Hard pass.
Sinking City was probably one of my most memorable video game experience from last year.

I love the game. I don't have much love for Frogwares or Nacon.

Lol, yeah!, it's my homework, Larry... :P
Ah yes, young and obviously handsome Sherlock Holmes with 2010s haircut even when it was set in old England, hoping to gain young female audience (Also known as Estrogen bait) just like several incarnation of Dr. Who. What next, teen nerd Jekyl and Badboy Hyde?

Does this look shite enough for you?

Oh my God those madmen actually did it, and BBC nonetheless.

It will be perfect if it's set in British style private school, and they're high school kids.
Just bought the game, and can confirm that the 'Victorian starter pack' is included. However I don't seem to have received my serial key for Orwell (I already had Crimes and Punishments). Maybe I just need to wait a few hours?

Go to your library and click on Sherlock Holmes, above the DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL NOW button should be an option called "more" in there is a menu called serial keys, there should be a link to redeem your game/s

Its a bit of a mess to find.
