Raising anthills of glass and steel.

Project Highrise, a high-reaching building/management game with jazzy sensibilities, is available now for Windows and Mac, DRM-free on GOG.com, with GOG Galaxy support for achievements and a 10% launch discount.

From the outside, skyscrapers look like capitalism-bred monstrosities, towering over the less privileged citizens and storeowners below them. But once you get to observe -and indeed build- their insides, it becomes apparent that they're in fact intricate ecosystems, surviving on a delicate balance of functionality, ambition, and profit. In Project Highrise, every store, apartment, or office floor is designed and arranged by you. You are responsible for the constant well-being and prosperity of this expanding vertical sandbox, so the tenants and employees of the building expect you to rise to the occasion. But sustaining a densely-populated, prestigious skyscraper is not enough: you must keep an eye out for opportunities that will make your construction future-proof and increasingly more desirable.

Plan, build, and curate the most awe-inspiring Project Highrise in town, DRM-free on GOG.com.
The 10% launch discount will last until September 15, 10:59 AM, UTC.

So, it's been some time since om Sim Tower wannabees, no? Is this similar?

Never played the original btw (or not enough).

I would love to try this but for that price? OY!
Graphically I prefer the old Simtower.
I know LGR recently did a video about this, but I haven't watched it yet.
Could be interesting, but not at this price (for me).

At least it look like something from this century :P
The obvious question:

Are we gonna get the original Sim Tower on GOG one day?

Oh, and that one, too!
I have to say it does look like Sim Tower to me with a graphic overhaul

I hope it is an expansion on the Sim Tower idea rather than just a clone otherwise whats the point ?
Well, the movie was very dissappointing, so I don't think I'm interested in the game... unless it's narrated by Jeremy Irons.

yeah the early 2000's on a gba ;p
Actually expected to see it say SimTower included here. Bit surprised they could even publish such an obvious copy without the rights for the original, especially considering who has the rights for that.

It seems game was made in game maker.
