A hand-drawn puzzle adventure following the journey of a nameless ronin and her peculiar bird as they search for her lost love. Adam, the artist who brought this world to life, is following her steps closely but as is often the case with art, its beauty is in how unpredictable it can be for everyone involved.

First impressions after an hour of gameplay: very peaceful game, with a narrative within a narrative (no spoilers, but think of the scene in Holy Grail where the knights are being chased by the Black Beast of Argh). Puzzles have a mixture of object placement and physics, with reaction times so far not being very demanding (and only needed in one puzzle so far). Several collectibles, with total amount available clear from the get-go. Was running a bit slow (35-40 FPS), but then I've got an NVIDIA GeForce 940MX so that can probably be blamed on my laptop's specs.
A fitting game release for inktober.

SirPrimalform: [...] I was slightly disappointed when I saw it wasn't an adventure game despite what the news post promised. [...]
That's more to do with "adventure games" being a terrible name for the gameplay genre it's become associated with than with anything wrong with the GOG news post writer's wording.

The name of the genre is as old as the genre itself. :P

I'm aware. It's still a dumb genre name for what, nowadays, usually amounts to "point-and-click mystery games". ;)

You could argue that most genre names are ridiculous. Not all games in which you play a role are RPGs either. :P

Don't even get me started on that term... :P

The price seems to have doubled on this release since yesterday. Did it happen to anyone else?

EDIT: I've checked "My memory of us" and the price here seems to have gone up a bit as well.

EDIT 2: Yup, it has doubled as well. Just checked my email with the previous price. What's going on here?
