Raiding tombs with Doctor Jones.

Indiana Jones® and the Emperor's Tomb™, like an interactive Indy movie, is available now on Windows - for the first time in digital distribution - DRM-free on GOG.com!

Indiana Jones® and the Emperor's Tomb™ came to PCs and consoles to a pretty warm reception from Dr. Jones' fans and gamers alike. If you're familiar with third person action games released circa early-2000, you should more or less know what to expect. The Emperor's Tomb doesn't do much that's particularly out of the ordinary, but what does is deliver a solid, Tomb Raider-ish action experience and a well written, unmistakably Indy adventure (complete with signature hat-retrieving action) - it might just be the sequel you've been looking for.

Hold on to your fedora, Indiana Jones® and the Emperor's Tomb™ is available now - a DRM-free digital premiere on GOG.com!
Nice release.

I remember having a good time with that game !
I *loved* this game back in the day!!

Edit: "The Emperor's Tomb doesn't do much that's particularly out of the ordinary"

Wow! What a great selling job... /sarcasm

They write some pretty wacky high praise marketing speak for the most mediocre of games, but *this* one they choose to go the conservative route? Not saying it's the greatest game ever, but they should be trying to sell the crap out of this, not being "honest"...

Cool! This game is pretty good!
Nice, I'd almost forgotten about this game.
The only Indy FPS I've ever played is Infernal Machine. Can anyone compare the two?
Thoughts on this game? I've never played it before; I love a good adventure game
Huh...I know there is a P&C Indiana game, never knew there was a 3D action-adventure one.

It's not first person, it's third person, like Tomb Raider. There are puzzles, and fisticuffs, and exploration. Tight controls. I liked it a lot better than any of the other Tomb Raider games myself and a *lot* more than Infernal Machine...

3rd person, that's what I meant, sorry. :P I'm so taken by these releases that my brain isn't working right!

As a TR fanatic and someone who worships Indy, even though Machine tended to bog down, this is a release of teat inducing joy. :D

It's a very good brawler. The fighting engine was created for an Xbox-exclusive Buffy the Vampire Slayer game (which was great), and is designed to allow the player to do a lot of improvised fighting. Throw guys into furniture or walls, break chairs over the heads and then use the pieces to hit them some more...that kind of thing. I have the Xbox version, which is a little janky compared to the original Buffy game, but it still fits the Indiana Jones license quite well. There are a few puzzles, but they're of the simplistic "pull lever here, push box there" nature. If you like fighting games, you'll enjoy this one.
I have never heard of this game before but it looks interesting. Wishlisted. :D

Thanks for the info, I'm gonna buy it
Nice release. I had fun playing it and if I remember correctly the German synchro was done by the guy doing the synchro for Harrison Ford.

Well: infernal machine was oldshool Lara Croft, emperor's tomb is more like Uncharted.
