Life, the universe, and...

Everything, a procedural nature simulation where you can be literally anything, is now available DRM-free on GOG.com with a 20% launch discount.

The universe doesn't rely on heroes to keep going. Every single thing is equally important: A humble speck of dust, a flower petal heavy with morning dew, a fish swimming against the current, a bird watching this symphony unfold from its vantage point - everything. You can join in, making up worlds within worlds from different perspectives, or become an enlightened observer to this mesmerizing documentary.

The 20% discount will last until April 28, 11 AM UTC.

Everything you need to know.

kbnrylaec: Finally we get everything in GOG. :-/
Yeah but where are we going to put it?
I saw this on GiantBomb a while back, looks really cool. I was even considering getting a PS4 for this, thought it was a PS4 exclusive, but now I don't have to yay! :)
*reads description*
(...) seen from the points of view of everything in the Universe.
*watches trailer*

*notices the animation qualities of most animals*

*scratches head and prays it doesn't feature a first person view*
Well, I guess we can close down the wishlist. GOG just literally released everything.

Wishlisted, waiting for a sale and to buy it with a non regionally priced item.
I am one with...

Anyway, I'll get it eventually just because it's weird. But I have a rule to never pay full price for walking (er, existing?) simulators (even good ones). So the wishlist grows again.
high rated
So, no UI or text in game whatsoever? I find that highly suspect. GOG, can we have more real screen shots and fewer bullshots? A few shots of key UI elements does more to sell me on a game than anything else.

If it is similar to "Mountain" (the developer's previous game) then that might actually be the case.
So what exactly do you do in this "game"?

It is a simulation. You watch things grow, move etc. Maybe sometimes interact with stuff...
I have a feeling that this will be featured by Jim Sterling at some point..
