Be decisive. Be deadly. Be Delta Force.

Delta Force, a series of highly tactical FPSs where your reflexes are as important as your planning, is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com! Get them separately for 66% off or grab them all together for 75% off.

In war, sometimes tactics are all you can rely on to pull off that surgical hit which will decide the victor. Delta Force has tactics in spades, from the series' original game to Delta Force 2, Delta Force: Land Warrior, Delta Force: Task Force Dagger, and the intense later entries, Black Hawk Down and Delta Force: Xtreme. That means you must make all necessary preparations and work together with your team of special operatives as you head in and try to assassinate high-profile targets, sabotage enemy equipment, or escort key personnel to safety. Not an easy task, but hey, there's a reason it was assigned to you!

To further enhance your Delta Force experience, we've included some minor fixes, courtesy of the great people over at the NovaHQ community. These do not alter the games in any way -graphically or otherwise- but they do iron out some bugs and offer a fully-functional multiplayer solution via the community servers. This applies to all games except Delta Force: Xtreme.

NOTE: Access to the official NovaWorld lobbies for online multiplayer is currently not available. We're working on resolving this issue and will keep you posted on our progress.

The 66/75% discounts will last until March 27, 2 PM UTC.

OldOldGamer: Got original boxes.
Me too. :P They are good strong boxes so I actually use them to hold blank discs and various game manuals.
Way cool, thanks GOG and Nordic. :) That's a lot of games.

I do hope we haven't seen the last of Sierra/Activision, but I guess we'll see what the next few weeks has. If that batch has ended, hopefully we won't have to wait multiple years for more Activision classics.
Hope this opens the door for Comanche 4 that game was a truly a gem also from novalogic.

Matewis: Perhaps a bug introduced with a patch then, or something with modern pcs, because I definitely could use claymores and satchel charges with my original cd version. Even in multiplayer. I remember confusing one of my friends, who didn't know the game very well, by throwing a few of those satchel charges around. He asked me if I knew what those little brown bags were, but he didn't fall for my trick when I asked him if there was something written on the bags :\

jamyskis: I don't think so. I was using the CD version for years on an old PC and that very same version today has that bug, whether I patch it or not. Would be willing to try again though...
That's really weird :P And a great pity :( It was a lot of fun to use them, especially with the vehicle ambush levels. At least, if memory serves, you can also destroy vehicles with a few shots from that big sniper rifle

NewOne2k13: Is there any chance to get more languages added to the games?
avatar
ThomNG: We also just have English live on Steam - usually, especially on latest additions, we are always delivering all languages we have, so I guess we just have English language as for now.
Thanks for the fast reply.
Okay, to bad. Would be nice to see more languages (espacially German) in the future :)

Has anybody tried forcing it to a single core?
Well at this launch discount, I guess they are instabuys.

It's more of a realistic military shooter predating ARMA. So expect to take on Cartels in big open maps, sneaking around terrorists in ancient ruins, but take a slow thoughtful pace because guns blazing will end in you getting buggered quite fast. Is good fun if you don't mind some old mechanics and graphics.

I Am defno getting at least one of these tho

Unlikely. With the recent onslaught of excellent Sierra releases, they probably figured they should give it a rest for a while. Conquest of Camelot is pretty much confirmed anyway, considering the free download was pulled from Christy Marx' website.
