Be decisive. Be deadly. Be Delta Force.

Delta Force, a series of highly tactical FPSs where your reflexes are as important as your planning, is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com! Get them separately for 66% off or grab them all together for 75% off.

In war, sometimes tactics are all you can rely on to pull off that surgical hit which will decide the victor. Delta Force has tactics in spades, from the series' original game to Delta Force 2, Delta Force: Land Warrior, Delta Force: Task Force Dagger, and the intense later entries, Black Hawk Down and Delta Force: Xtreme. That means you must make all necessary preparations and work together with your team of special operatives as you head in and try to assassinate high-profile targets, sabotage enemy equipment, or escort key personnel to safety. Not an easy task, but hey, there's a reason it was assigned to you!

To further enhance your Delta Force experience, we've included some minor fixes, courtesy of the great people over at the NovaHQ community. These do not alter the games in any way -graphically or otherwise- but they do iron out some bugs and offer a fully-functional multiplayer solution via the community servers. This applies to all games except Delta Force: Xtreme.

NOTE: Access to the official NovaWorld lobbies for online multiplayer is currently not available. We're working on resolving this issue and will keep you posted on our progress.

The 66/75% discounts will last until March 27, 2 PM UTC.
Great release and great memories on the two first games.

Thanks Nordic and GOG for this release.

However, it looks like the promo page has a small issue. Selecting 4 items only leaves a promotional price on "Delta Force 2" (for a total of 9% off). Selecting any other number of items gives the expected prices (66% or 75% off).

Can you let us know when it will be fixed since I'm only interested in the old ones for the time being?

The promo page has a bug (I know, you are QA...): Having 4 or less items selected will not grant any discount except for Delta Force 2.

Well this is nice, Delta Force is a great game.

Venita: You can throw satchels or claymores anywhere you'd like, on any mission. The animation of putting it down is there, but the satchel/claymore itself is invisible and when you use the detonator nothing happens.
Perhaps a bug introduced with a patch then, or something with modern pcs, because I definitely could use claymores and satchel charges with my original cd version. Even in multiplayer. I remember confusing one of my friends, who didn't know the game very well, by throwing a few of those satchel charges around. He asked me if I knew what those little brown bags were, but he didn't fall for my trick when I asked him if there was something written on the bags :\
Is Delta Force Extreme a reworked version of Delta Force 1?

NewOne2k13: Is there any chance to get more languages added to the games?
avatar
ThomNG: We also just have English live on Steam - usually, especially on latest additions, we are always delivering all languages we have, so I guess we just have English language as for now.
Your releases are often very commendable, that's right, but where's the German version from Arcania? Steam has the fully voiced experience while GOG offers German subtitles only. An update would be very appreciated. (And you could do the same with the Spellforce games, too ...)

We have our top men on it.
I totally forgot there was a 2005 release.

How did that happen? :P

I don't think I've plated that.
This is good. I haven't played the delta forces, except one demo, with some desert mission, ages ago. It was interesting.

In any case, more first person shooters are always welcome.

Yes, but missing one of the campaigns.

ThomNG: Enjoy these awesome jewels on GOG :)

@Impaler26: 4.99 is no price point GOG is supporting so we chose the closest one. Hope the good release discount will handle that small disadvantage - it is not our choice as you may guess.

@damien: not every - Xtreme 2 is still missing - we hope to bring it soon as well but there are some circumstances on that version to overcome first.
Great work bringing the games over here, THQ Nordic is my new favorite , already loving the work you are doing for titan quest.

i was one of the people who was sad when THQ was gone but its back now and better.

Keep those old thq classics coming over to gog and steam.

Also i am not sure but the do the older delta force titles support glide ? i have been using nglide a lot for novalogic games

I don't think so. I was using the CD version for years on an old PC and that very same version today has that bug, whether I patch it or not. Would be willing to try again though...
Very good games.
Got original boxes.

Looks a bit too expensive for so old games.

Judging by the demo, which had 2 levels I think, Extreme's levels are pretty close to DF1's levels, with some alterations in the form of pilotable vehicles and some extra buildings. Perhaps some additional inside-buildings combat but I'm not sure.
Brought Black hawk down pack and Delta Force Xtreme! Cheers gog and THQ North.
