United colors of bouncing.

de Blob, the wildly colorful 3D platformer where you paint your exploits all over a grey city, is now available DRM-free on GOG.com with a 25% launch discount.

They sucked all color out of de Blob's city, but he still got plenty to spare. And spatter. And splatter. He's a bouncing menace of painterly mayhem and he will squash any evil I.N.K.T. forces standing in his way, even if that means blowing up his shapely form, teaming up with Color Revolutionaries, or drawing color patterns all over the streets of this once vibrant city.

The 25% discount will last until May 4, 5:00 PM UTC.

Look at him go! Weeee!

Meh, a Wii game. I had it, it was kinda fun but I lost interest along the way personally.

Surprise release though.
The race to rescue Chroma City has just begun, and only de Blob can save the world from a black-and-white future.
What an insightfully timely release!

Yet, due to an executive order you'll no longer be able to paint the town Orange.

Fake news. I painted quite a few buildings in orange before leaving work for the day :P

Our experts have presented Alternative Facts. Those building were ether a very yellowy red, or a reddish Yellow. Neither could be considered Orange.

You can present your #altfacts all you like but I lived in Florida for a good number of years so I know the color orange when I see it :P
Can anyone say anything about the controls of the PC version? I played it on the Wii with motion control but I can't really imagine how the PC controls work and if they work fine.

I played the second game on PS3, and it was way, WAY WAY better than the first game, both the controls, gameplay, and graphics.

I'd assume this plays like that (hopefully). I'm buying it, though hoping we get the second one! :-D
Does this support a controller at all, or just mouse/keyboard?

Supports controller
And bought. ;) I'm looking forward to giving this a whirl this weekend. It'll have to wait in line though. Little Nightmares is first on my playlist. :)

Keep up the great work. I love how you guys actually work on your acquired IP rather than stuffing it into neverland as so many other publishers tend to do.

That said, what's the chance of Red Faction Guerrilla/Armageddon coming to GOG one of these days?

Awesome, thanks for the release. At some point, I thought I had bought this in a Humble Bundle or on Wii, but apparently not. I've heard good things, so I'll be buying this.
Is there any word on how it differs from the Wii version?

Seems to be mostly visual improvements:

Improved texture and lightmap resolution
Upscaled videos
Added FXAA Anti Aliasing
Added Resolution and graphic quality option
Keyboard & mouse and Gamepad (360/ps4) support and UI adaptation, also added remap feature
Unofficial Wiimote support
Interesting, thanks!
