I guess "wait until it happens" is usually the best advice in such situations.

Especially in a case of:
Buyer Q: "Is there any chance that it will have couch coop in future?"
Developer A: "Yes, i think its possible"

"I think" and "it's possible" aren't exactly confident statements. :)
