GOG.com: Release: 3 Minutes to Midnight - A Comedy Graphic Adventure
Really nice!
This got delayed so many times, but finally it's here!
Seems rather polished - already have lots of patches fixing some pacing-problems the game had at launch.

I'll see if I'll buy it here, or maybe wait a while and see if it drops on Android.
They said they might do mobile releases, and games like these are perfect on a big tablet :)
Looks quite good, but I'm a bit puzzled (ha ha) by the need to include "A Comedy Graphic Adventure" in the title. I mean, the makers of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade didn't feel the need to add An Adventure Game Based on That Movie Where Sean Connery Plays Harrison Ford's Father Even Though He's Actually Only 12 Years Older.

"Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: The Graphic Adventure" is the official title, and there is "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: The Action Game" from same year, 1989.

Huh. Guess I picked a really bad example :D

Still, it makes loads more sense when you need to differentiate between two games with otherwise the same exact title, released in the same year. Unless we're also getting 3 Minutes to Midnight: The Action Game.

Perhaps it was just a matter of precaution not to clash with trade mark (or something legally stupid) for Linkin Park's album name "Minutes to midnight", or it was added to be easily searchable so we do not find million pages about Doomsday Clock before getting to adventure game.

Looks cool, like multiple endings and different solutions for puzzles, wishlisted for now...

After that Iron Maiden/Ion Maiden thing it wouldn't event surprise me...
According the title I was expecting low cost indie wannabe p&c adventure. Pleasantly surprised, I must say.
Will wait for more reviews. Into the wishlist for now.
The art looks nice although the animation looks a little cheap.

I was about to say the same thing.

For real?
I actually like the animation.
We recently had another game released with very "wonky" animations...this is gold in comparison.
I think, whoever did the animations, put a lot of work into them.

To clarify I mean the physics/movement when action happens. The art is nice but the animation for physics doesn't look animated well, a bit almost like Flash.

Yeah, "hand drawn 2D sprites, that got 'rigged' for animation" easily give off that "Flash vibe", but compared to this other game I was thinking of (https://www.gog.com/en/game/sense_a_cyberpunk_ghost_story) (took me a while to find that thread again), I'd still say, the animations in "3 Minutes to Midnight" look pretty good (for this type of animation).

As I said in that other thread, I really like the setting and the aesthetics of "Sense", but the animation is basically keeping me from buying.

But the animation in "3 Minutes"? No reason for me, not to buy the game.

But of course: YMMV and "different strokes for different folks", and all that.

I think it's very much a lack of budget but even so it seems a shame to have great art in a game only for stuff like cutscenes and actions to look very wavey.
