The post creator says that the list above contains games that were removed from Steam for Germans and that this might affect GOG, because a good number of those games (like Alien vs Predator, BloodRayne, Blood, Postal) are here, not all of them.

I don't think the same will happen to gog, well, not anymore.
The devs of those games were not informed of the removal of the titles, Valve took them from the store by themselves. Some lawyers pushing some stupid agenda might have had something to do with the removal, but as far as I know there hasn't been an official statement by Valve yet.

As long as those responsible for the removals don't show up here we should be 'safe'.

I highly doubt Valve would take the initiative of locking those games after so many years (and even go as far as to not even notify the publishers of the affected games), without some third-party "persuasion" in the form of a lawsuit (or lolsuit) for them.

I don't know what exactly happened, but that was the answer I got from one of the devs, they said they weren't informed.

Only the main game is restricted in Japan (and it shouldn't be). The DLC is sold.

Seriously, don't get what GOG are playing at. Dying Light was released in Japan back in April. GOG is apparently the only store incapable of putting it back on sale. =S

Damn, this sucks! :(

I just checked and fortunately i already own all those games on GOG or Steam. At least people in germany can still buy those games so now is a good time to grab them.
