lol, very funny cartoons i like them.

we also have cartoons like that but then our ' leaders' are the centre of it, and they are quite funny to view, unfortunately its mostly dutch language, but if you could see what funnies are beiing made about our 'government'....

its quite amusing, when i want to see something funny i go to youtube and search for some old debates of them, fun guaranteed, especially when certain members are verbally attacking our prime minister.

I imagine the Brits are happy they rejected the Euro. I knew Germany alone wouldn't be able to carry it for too long. I hope the Americans will spend more of their dollars and buy European products, that would help everyone. I'm sure the war in the Ukraine and the general unease of Eastern Europe isn't helping things either.

I served in the US military and spent several years in Japan. I've seen the Yen at almost 150 to the dollar, but then it strengthened slowly over the next 10 years to 80 Yen = $1. Hopefully the Euro will bounce back a little faster...

yes these Brits are very happy they don't have the Euro, as for us , we had no saying in it, everything our government does , it does on its own, all that voting is also crap cause its always the same parties that win the elections, and usally its the same party that has a majority in the same part of the netherlands, in noord brabant they sem to be stuck with the VVD as a majority again, it seems those few rich guys all go to vote and the les wealthy people dont bother to go thus forfitting there votes.
I also hope the euro will get stable again, but my hopes arent high, in the past(long before that euro stuff started)
lets hope the euro doesn't drop below the predicted 80 cents.

Well that was to be expected, when you throw out euros like free candy on the currency market. I really do not know what the guys from the EZB were thinking when starting the quantitative easing program. I mean, ok it works for the US on the global market, but the Dollar is a global currency, the Euro is not.
