I had a code for the tropico 5 upgrade for 66% off.

I went and and checked if it worked which it removed the price. But I didn't purchase it at the time since my browser crashed.

I tried again but it says code already used.

Just wondering what I need to do to make the code again, I opened a gog support ticket in the morning but didn't hear back.

Will the code unlock again after a certain time?

Contact support. You are not the only one that is affected from this bug.

Go here: https://www.gog.com/support/contact/my_orders_and_payments , select "gift/promo code issues" as the problem type and explain in the message field below your problem in detail.

It won't reset, you'll have to contact Support, be sure to tell them the code you tried to use, they should give you a new one. I had the same issue with Pathologic Classic HD.

They usually respond within the next day of filing the support ticket, but they usually don't respond on weekends, so you should be expecting a response on Monday.
