Gearbox is by one of the worst Developers in the history of gaming and Randy Pitchfork is a fucked asshole.
So far, i think i never really enjoyed a Gearbox game because they usually have always the same flaws: Mediocre level design, too long drawn out missions, limited weapon arsenal (giving Duke 2 Weapons at the same time only was retarded and even when they later released a patch giving you 4 weapons at the same time it was retarded) and constant ammunition struggley (really bad in some DNFs levels like the alien hive and also really bad in Boringlands) and of course they have a very lame, sad, pathetic humor that is 70% stupid outdated internet memes, 25% old movies and 5% crap they come up on their own. Boringlands is the worst example about this. They tried so hard to be funny and failed even worse.
I quickly uninstalled Boringlands 2 to never touch it again.

Also who can forget Alien Colonial Marines. Lol, Gearbox and Pitchfork at their finest retarded behaviour :D


I would really love a new, real Duke Nukem from Interceptor. They showed with Rise of the Triad that they understand "old school" FPS and how to properly handle an old franchise with love.
I bet they'd nail the great humour of Duke Nukem and it's unique level design just perfectly.

I always thought Duke Nukem would be more fitting as aa 80s.

Seems you're missing the point, in both cases, so here we go:

The problem is not that you like different things ( what do you like, anyway? ) it's that you post in every single thread how much you hate whichever game, genre, band, food etc. the thread is about. It's fine if you dislike certain things, we all do, but why do you always feel the need to tell everyone? Generally people make threads to discuss things they like. They don't need anyone to constantly rain on their parade, so to speak. I don't know... focus more on the things in life you actually enjoy?

As for that other thing... Have a look at your own posts for a second. Not even any specific post, but pretty much any post. Give them a good look. Notice something? Understand why it's a little odd when you correct others on their spelling?

Hopefully the next Duke Nukem game won't be as shitty as Duke Nukem Forever. But knowing Gearbox, it's probably going to be Duke Nukem Forever 1.5 I'm sure it is going to end up as Brothers In FAIL. Because Gearbox.
