Yes. The price they'll pay will not be the Russian one though, but the Chinese, so there may not be any real savings, and it may be best if you buy it yourself from Russia instead, depending on the game.
Edit: Chinese, not Canadian price.

But if you give "your girlfriend" your account details she may buy it to you.
But I will say you buy games your self if you can afford it.
It's not good to cheat a system.
This will only make GOG to force region lock like steam.

Gifting is not regionally locked.
One can buy a game from any region and it can be redeemed in any region.
The price the gift will be bought though may not be the same one would pay if they bought the game for themselves.

Ah, I knew that I didn't like it as Canadian. Why didn't you correct me in the other thread I mentioned it as Canadian a week or two back?
