Clownski_: Umm, just so we're clear - the main page carousel features are picked based on sales data as well as our agreements with the publishers.

Also, the Idea Factory Sale banner is clearly still there, so I'm not sure what the discussion is about...
It's back now thanks.

Strangely still not listed with the other sales though.

Hmm, the games are there but not the banner itself. Might be a server issue, I'll poke sales department about it, thanks.

Anyone have an answer to my question about the gameplay/story ratio of these games?

dtgreene: Anyone have an answer to my question about the gameplay/story ratio of these games?
Only you can answer that question. When I spend 100 hours on a game with heavy story content, that content still only amounts to maybe 1-2% of the total gameplay (see e.g. Baldur's Gate, one of your favorite targets: most of the time is spent wandering around and fighting battles). What you're really asking is if you will become annoyed by the story and/or gameplay, and that's purely subjective. Yes, these games have a story, and that story affects gameplay (regions opened/closed, hints for how to unlock secret areas, etc.). You can skip or at least fast-forward through all the cutscenes if that's what you want. You probably won't miss anything you can't pick up from a cheat guide. They often also have side games. Luckily the ones I played don't have towns full of people where you're expected to "talk" to every single citizen multiple times (or, worse yet, have an open-ended Ultima-style conversation with them), but that's not really "story", is it? All of these things are optional. You don't have to 100% the game.

The problems I have with Baldur's Gate and its sequel are not related to the gameplay/story ratio.
We *NEED* Hyperdevotion Noir.

I love the TBS games, and that's actually a pretty good one, only game in the series I bought with all the DLC on both PSV and Steam.

I feel like it (the banner in the carousel) was gone earlier today, but I may just have missed it when checking.
