Cadaver747: I think Baldur's Gate Official Soundtrack is a standalone item, same goes for Baldur's Gate II Enhanced Edition Official Soundtrack. As for the Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear - Digital Deluxe Edition, yes it does not add Official Soundtrack item as owned which I also bought separately.
The Dragonspear Deluxe Edition does include both soundtracks, take a look at the goodies section:

Baldur's Gate: Siege Of Dragonspear Soundtrack (FLAC And MP3)
Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition Soundtrack (FLAC And MP3)

From what I can tell the two soundtracks are the only difference between the normal and deluxe versions of the game.

Oh yes, my bad, sorry. So it leaves BG2 Soundtrack only, a bit odd. Anyway I bought them all.

Seems so.

JakobFel: I have the GOTY edition of The Witcher 3 but I still have the option to purchase the base game and the expansions. It doesn't really bother me, I know I own the game here so it's not that big of a deal.

Cadaver747: You have all the right to not be bothered with it, and it's not the biggest issue of GOG, but in my opinion it's serious enough given that you would not have even the slightest possibility to purchase those items again on Steam. It bothers me, yet not that greatly, I posted here only to support a fellow user from local forum. I prefer to silently keep buying those elusive games from GOG and support the store, keeping up with my OCD (I'm joking here), but I can't do it forever, even the most loyal supporters have their limits (and this is no joke).
Nah, I get that, I do think it should be fixed but I definitely don't think it's something that should be given a high priority. There are far more pressing issues to be fixed first.

AWG43: For instance: Metro Franchise Bundle

Additional info: as you can see on gogdb, some included items in a bundle are not a library items, but a packages.
Interesting. That would explain why when I bought Trine: Ultimate Collection, Trine 4 is still not marked as owned. Because the one included in the bundle is not the one that is listed in the store. Now the question would be... why?

Trine: Ultimate Collection

Trine 4. Included in the package above, NOT listed in the store. Listed as a game on gogdb.

Trine 4. Listed in the store. Listed on gogdb as a package that includes only one item: the Trine 4 game above.... Which is also included in the Ultimate Collection but due to this entry being the one that is live on the store and not the actual game, it results in the game not being marked as owned.

What is this mess?

I don't consider that post to be an answer / solution.

They completely ignored the part about products not marked as owned.
I'm still waiting for an answer, GOG.

Stop pretending this problem (and this topic) doesn't exist and come up with a solution. The limitations of your system is not our fault and not our problem.

Show your customers some respect.

Apparently, we should start discussing things that are prohibited by the rules of the forum in order to make GOG representatives finally appear here.

This is the most disrespectful attitude towards customers I've ever seen. You know that these problems are caused by you and you don't want to do anything about it.

You are more likely to get blood out of a stone. There are loads of threads here with issues, none of which get answered or fixed. Your only hope is to make it something to do with galaxy.

To acknowledge that it's system's fault and that it's GOG's fault for having such a system would require guts and a few Approvals from management to do so, which they will never provide. It's better to wait and ignore the whole thing for now, after all it's only a few dissatisfied users. Maybe someday they'll fix the issue with missing game items and inform the community properly.
@All
Good news, everyone! It's the first time to my knowledge when GOG officials commented on *missing games* issue, however on local forum and in Russian it should not be a problem to put it through the Google translate machine.

Source:
https://www.gog.com/forum/general_ru/offtop_zakon_podlosti/post12347

Original text in Russian:
"Нам известно о ситуации с некорректным отображением покупок в магазине и мы постараемся улучшить этот момент в будущем для всех пользователей.

Что касается серийных номеров, то мы ожидаем новую партию от представителей игры.

Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства."

Rough translation into English:
"We are aware of a situation with incorrect display of purchases in the store and we will try to improve this moment (point) in the future for all users.

As for the serial numbers, we expect a new batch from the representatives of the game (the publisher).

We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

This "excuse" isn't worth a penny.

They always say pretty much the same thing about problems with their store ("we will look into it", etc.) and then they keep doing nothing.

The problem with unmarked products has been around for years (since at least 2013). If they wanted, they would have fixed it already, but according to they behavior, they were not even going to do it. They just don't care.

I don't know I would give a dollar for that.

They do say quite many things, yet I can't remember they ever mentioned this particular issue before. And how do you know, maybe they will do something about it.

This problem was introduced long time ago indeed. Maybe they wanted to resolve it all those years but just can't on current system without heavy modernization. GOG acknowledged the problem, it's a first step. Maybe they do care, care a lot about their clients. So let's have faith in GOG in these difficult times.

Just want to let you know that nothing has changed yet.

GOG absolutely doesn't care (what a surprise).

And why did I think that this time something would be different...
