I bought Tyranny - Gold Edition (the ultimate edition of this game), but when I browse the store, all the other editions are still not marked as owned, although I already have all the content available for this game.

The following products are not marked as owned:
https://www.gog.com/game/tyranny_overlord_edition
https://www.gog.com/game/tyranny_overlord_edition_upgrade
https://www.gog.com/game/tyranny_commander_edition

Moreover, in my library there are no serial keys for Tyranny - Deluxe Edition Bonus, Tyranny - Bastard's Wound and Tyranny - Tales from the Tiers. Instead of keys, I have "Serial keys depleted" notifications.

Are you going to solve these issues somehow, GOG?
No posts in this topic were marked as the solution yet. If you can help, add your reply
1). Metro (Deep Silver)
I bought Metro Franchise Bundle and get everything except for:
- Metro Exodus - Gold Edition
- Metro Exodus Expansion Pass

Then I bought Metro Exodus - Gold Edition but I still don't own the Expansion Pass

2). Torment: Tides of Numenera (Paradox)
I bought Torment: Tides of Numenera - Immortal Edition, Torment: Tides of Numenera - Legacy Edition, Torment: Tides of Numenera - Immortal Edition Upgrade, Torment: Tides of Numenera - Legacy Edition Upgrade, Torment: Tides of Numenera as stanalone items, none of which provided anything extra as owned for me.

3). Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus (Bethesda)
I bought Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Digital Deluxe Edition but I didn't get:
- Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
- Wolfenstein II: The Freedom Chronicles - Season Pass
- Wolfenstein II: The Freedom Chronicles - Episode 1
- Wolfenstein II: The Freedom Chronicles - Episode 2
- Wolfenstein II: The Freedom Chronicles - Episode 3

Then I bought Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and Wolfenstein II: The Freedom Chronicles - Season Pass but I still don't own any of the episodes. However after I purchase the Deluxe edition my wislist was empied of those remaining items like I bought them all despite the not owned status in store.

4). Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition (Beamdog)
I bought Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition Digital Deluxe Edition but I didn't get the base game, I wrote a ticket to Tech. Support and GOG staff member gifted me a code (bought for his own money) for Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition. Then 2 more DLC were added and Deluxe Edition was removed and replaced twice, I bought all the remaining DLCs but I still don't own Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition Digital Deluxe Edition.

5). Darksiders 1-2-3 (THQ Nordic)
I bought Darksiders Blades & Whip Franchise Pack but despite the description of what includes I didn't get:
- Darksiders III Deluxe Edition
- Darksiders III - Digital Extras

Those items were removed from my Wishlist like I own them but according to GOG store I don't .

6). Shadowrun Trilogy (Paradox)
I bought Shadowrun Returns, Shadowrun: Dragonfall - Director's Cut, Shadowrun Hong Kong - Extended Edition, Shadowrun Hong Kong - Extended Edition Deluxe Upgrade (this item was added for free for pre-ordering), Shadowrun Hong Kong - Extended Edition Deluxe, Shadowrun Returns Deluxe DLC, Shadowrun Trilogy as standalone items.

Yes, it’s always been like that. You get all kinds of weird things. Each edition and version of a game gets an internal ID and when you purchase you only mark that edition as owned, so all the other versions and whatnot don’t get marked. It’s a mess, but won’t get fixed.

It's a feature.
Meanwhile at GOG:
- Hey, should we do something about it? There are two users saying something about missing games.
- What missing games?
- You know, the *bundle issue* where some games are not included as owned when purchased, like all the Paradox games for example.
- Aha-ha, the great Paradox of missing games, yeah, it's funny... not. Did they filled tickets to support yet?
- As far as I know there are no tickets from them about the issue.
- So you are telling me that there are 2 users which have not even created tickets saying something about missing games?
- Yes, so should we provide some official statement about the situation or not?
- Nah, not worth it, ignore them. Call me when there are at least a few hundred dissatisfied buyers claiming their rights or something. We have more important things to do.

You guys aren't missing any content or games though; it's literally all in your library for you to see. The only thing you're missing is a check mark next to something.

Is it some kind of OCD thing with the check marks, or are you guys just blind / unaware of what you've purchased before? Serious question... I mean, if you try to buy one of those items it'll warn and tell you that you already own it.

Could it all be displayed better? Sure, but it's not an actual issue, and you're most certainly not missing any content or games.
@OHMYGODJCABOMB, I pre-purchased Pathfinder Kingmaker Explorer Edition, I don't have the same tag at the game page too. But this is how it works here on GOG: if you purchase bundle or make a pre-purchase you own different item. Only if I purchase Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Enhanced Plus Edition now I will get that game tagged as owned.

@Cadaver747, You may look for information regarding the bundles you mentioned and you will see what you really get when you purchase such bundles.

For instance: Metro Franchise Bundle
https://www.gogdb.org/product/1817832734#references

Additional info: as you can see on gogdb, some included items in a bundle are not a library items, but a packages.

Yes, exactly. So why evil Steam have no issues with it, why GOG can't hire a coder specialist and mark all other items as owned? Those are the actual questions we're asking GOG.

Thank you for insinuating about me having a mental state. No, I'm not blind and sometimes there are indeed notifications that I own something already, yet not always and this does not change the fact that it is in my right to claim those other items as owned, especially if they advertised on a game page to have all that other items included.

I'm not missing any content. I'm not blind and display is there, display that package includes some game items which will not be purchased but silently added to my game library, which I can buy only separately just because. My biggest problem is that I can't comprehend why it's SO hard for GOG system to automatically mark other items as owned, that's it, no additional game key, no nothing, just mark them.

GOG mod just replied on Russian forum that this issue is under consideration and to be resolved. I hope this very message is going to be posted shortly somewhere in English for all others to see. But it was about missing key for Tyranny, not missing games from bundles or packages, so I don't know. Let's hope, wait and die... I guess.

I have the GOTY edition of The Witcher 3 but I still have the option to purchase the base game and the expansions. It doesn't really bother me, I know I own the game here so it's not that big of a deal.

Not entirely true. I myself accidentally brought one dlc when I already owned it, basically due to the various different editions and packs.

It’s not one or two. It’s Been an issue (one of the many) which has been around for years now. There have been threads. Again no official response, much like anything else raised.

Not to mention, if your looking for a missing paradox dlc, there might not be enough time left in the universe to look through them all...

And I already have the “use galaxy our free client” email, no need to put in another ticket!

You have all the right to not be bothered with it, and it's not the biggest issue of GOG, but in my opinion it's serious enough given that you would not have even the slightest possibility to purchase those items again on Steam. It bothers me, yet not that greatly, I posted here only to support a fellow user from local forum. I prefer to silently keep buying those elusive games from GOG and support the store, keeping up with my OCD (I'm joking here), but I can't do it forever, even the most loyal supporters have their limits (and this is no joke).
I ran into a similar problem with Baldur's Gate Siege of Dragonspear and Neverwinter Nights Enhanced Edition (as Cadaver747 already mentioned above).

I showed these images to GOG support and was told that it's a limitation of their system.

It just seems weird, and I don't like to see things I own marked as unowned, as it could easily result in me accidentally rebuying items I already have in my library.

I know it's not just us two of course. I was just trying to be less serious.

I think Baldur's Gate Official Soundtrack is a standalone item, same goes for Baldur's Gate II Enhanced Edition Official Soundtrack. As for the Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear - Digital Deluxe Edition, yes it does not add Official Soundtrack item as owned which I also bought separately.
