It's generally frowned upon, and for good reason, but if you have the spare 50 eurodollars lying around, have moderate expectations anyway and, most importantly, want to reward Asobo Studio's resp. Focus' early commitment to release a brand new premium AA, DRM-free on GoG - then pre-order away, I'd say.

So, now for the important question: When will be getting MS Flight Simulator here? =P

Well, at the moment I have a little more time to pre-order. The game releases next October. This is a title I've been looking forward to playing. But if it is to thank Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment and, of course, GOG for this second release. I hope people get access to extras (DLC, bonus or cosmetics) and not everything stays in the pre-order. Thank you, GOG!

I actually will also preorder games occasionally. If there's a developer I support, a genre I like or a publisher that has constantly supported my preferred genres and storefront (DRM free on GoG) I have no problem pre-ordering to show that support for a company that seems to respect me as a consumer and provides a product I like.

Frankly, if all we're willing to do as consumers is buy a game 8 years later, after the company has already gone bankrupt, for 99 cents - we don't get to complain about microtransactions dominating the gameworld, the "same old AAA" rehash sequel fest, the purchase of developers by the same 3 companies etc etc etc. Sure I've been burnt once or twice by a preorder - but I like to think all the other times have helped keep a company I believe in making games I want to play.

Maybe my $50 bucks didn't do anything... but if nobody ever does it, then we can't ever expect these companies to succeed.

Also - LOVED the first Plague Tale. Super surprise for me, and extremely glad I played it.

Meh! I would love to pre-order as Plague Talue, while very linear, it was a great experience to play it. I have to resort to wishlist it for now but hope to be able to adopt it later this year.

Sorry, no pre-ordering but I will definitely buy it in October!

just saw an OneyPlays video yesterday called "Pee'd DLC in Postal 2" so I thought of that
