We actually don't know what it really is... there is speculation that it is a client, but Bethesda.net <- makes it sound more like a connected website for all things Bethesda, but it could be integrated into there games for modding and such.

I think it will be some sort of official "Nexus", subject to ZeniMax's draconian rules of course.
There is no real prediction possible here in the way that it contains useful information about the future, but why not guessing: I'd say MS.

I hope for Valve or Nintendo....hey one can hope.

But realistic....with the informations we get from GOG or better the lack of any information till someone is ready to hit the shelfs, its only guesswork (so maybe it is Valve×××)
I would prefer to see a constant flow of games from publishers that are already here. EA alone has at least several titles that would be instbuys for me
