I've had a phantom chat notification for over a week now. I've clicked through all my past conversations three times over and can't seem to make it go away?

I get phantom chat notifications, phantom forum post notifications, phantom library updates more or less in an ongoing basis. They vanish sometimes on their own, other times it takes longer.
