with the new '' marvel's spider-man '' games came out this month
i did want to play it but sadly it was one of sony Exclusive stuff so im decided to play older spider-man game that is on PC
and the sad news
There is no spider-man game on steam or everywhere it's rare stuff and hard stuff to find now even if im find Digital version of it it's gonna be even more expensive than one copy of new spider-man games

i think it's time for GOG to bump in and save our spidey ?
https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=spider-man start voting =)
I agree, and I was looking for a few the other day, with no luck. I have played as Spidey in the Marvel Legends game but obviously that's different because you are tag teaming with three other guys, most of which are totally useless if you have Deadpool in your party. :P

Evidently there are really good and really really bad ones. I'll be curious to see what experiences folks in here have had with them.
how many vote does it need to make it happened ?

If a game is unavailable it doesn't matter.
I need pictures of Spider-Man!

I absolutely agree, GOG need Marvel games.

Many excellent Marvel games have been removed from Steam due to licensing issues or have never gotten there, but GOG is on good terms with Disney, here we already have almost all the Star Wars games and the old Disney classics, so they could push for some juicy release.

Generally the titles inspired by comics are the most successful and enjoyable:
X-Men Legends II (the first one is a console exclusive)
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2
Spider-Man (2001)
Spider-Man: Web of Shadows
Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions
Ultimate Spider-Man
X2: Wolverine's Revenge (despite the title is linked to comics)
The Punisher
Deadpool

There are also all the old Capcom's arcade fighting games that could be brought back to light:
X-Men: Children of the Atom
Marvel Super Heroes (1995)
Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter (1997)
Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes (1998)
Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes (2000)

And then the titles related to the marvel movies, which vary from good to very bad:
Spider-Man: The Movie
Spider-Man 2: The Game (The PC version is different from the console version and is horrible)
Spider-Man 3: The Game
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
X-Men: The Official Game
Unfortunately, with Sony as the current licensee, it might be years before we even see a new Spider-Man game on PC, let alone one of the old ones.

Alexim: X-Men Origins: Wolverine
A long time ago, I was surprised to hear that apparently, the game is really good. As in ridiculously good, but then I found out that it was developed by Raven Software, and things made more sense. These are guys are unsung heroes.

Yeah, in this game slicing up enemies is very satisfying. It's one of the few cases where a video game is better than the movie itself.

Does Sony also have rights to the games? From what I knew outside of the movies, the rights are always of Marvel, and therefore of Disney.
