I second this!

Because:
A) GOG did not make The Witcher 3, CDProjekt did. If you bought the physical game in a store, would you ask one of the store employees to make you a driver?
B) CDProjekt makes games, not drivers.
C) Why not a Wiimote, as long as we're demanding compatibility with proprietary console hardware for PC games?

Heck, why not Xbox 360 gamepads why we're at it? :-p

There is a "native" way to use PS4 game pad with PC.
It's an excellent program that makes so your PS4 controller will be recognized as Xbox controller (Xbox controller has an excellent support MS operating systems). Not only that it lets you customize it controller the way you like... Colors, button mapping and more.

With this you will have no problem playing games that have controller support with your PS4 controller on PC (A lot of games support controller).

I refloat this topic just to remind everybody that DS4WINDOWS works pretty well and it can be used in games like The Witcher 3. You can even use the Dualshock 4's touchpad as a mouse (similar to those that come in netbooks/laptops, including 3 click buttons) or change the behavior of the many buttons it has. Vibration works because it emulates a X360 controller and also there's the possibility to assign the Gyroscope (Sixaxis) to perform things too. If you wish to, specific profiles can be created for any game or program.

In Windows 7 you need also to download the X360 controller driver but Windows 8+ already has it preinstalled. Give it a go!
