I just bought 3 games TW3 pass, The Bards Tale and Shadowgate Special edition,money has been taken from my account but the games havent shown up in my library :( what should I do?

It's not something to worry about. That can happen sometimes.
If the refresh doesn't do anything, go to http://www.gog.com/support/contact and select "My orders, payments and downloading games". There, choose "successful payment not processed" in the "problem type" field and write a message describing the issue.
Support will then manually add the purchased games to your library. Right now might take a few days, though, so patience is key.

Its alright now after numerous refreshes they finally appeared in the library, damn that gave me a fright :/
