I suspect your problem is related to this.
While the support response time seems to get longer and longer, I do believe they take payment issues seriously. You'll probably have to wait a bit longer, especially that we have a weekend now, but you'll get your games... eventually.

Good point, usually waiting for something to happen on the weekend tends to make the wait all that more longer.... but then again, that's when some of us have time to play their games. I can certainly understand the frustration.

BTW, awesome avatar.

I agree. Still, it really should take much less time to resolve payment issues, even on weekends.

Thanks!
Well, I've sent them all the relevant PayPal details in case they have trouble finding the transaction for some reason. Now I wait, and will post the outcome on Wednesday.

Thanks for the responses.

Very cool, I hope it ends up being a positive resolution!
Did you try an account refresh?

https://www.gog.com/user/refresh

Sometimes it helps and will put the missing games on the shelf.

phaolo: Guys..please tell me.. is this the norm?
Some temporary problem happens and people get immediately mad and start with (naive) menaces.
Gog is far from perfect, but wtf, do I belong to a minority with human patience?
Well, when there is money involved, people tent to easily get antsy and prone to pointing fingers. Many of the similar posts I've seen over the years have been done by GOG first timers so they're doubly agitated due to their lack of knowledge about GOG and more often than not humans tent to think of worst possible situatiations first (is this site trustworthy? did they just steal my money? is my credit card info/bank account safe? etc. etc. etc.) and don't want to to awknowledge any fault in their part (it's systems fault even when they used it wrong, the info I typed was correct to the letter so system must've messed up what I wrote). Lot of the reports also coincide with sales so people panic thinking they might miss getting the games on reduced price (often making the mistake of making multible checkout attempts only making situation worse). People also tend to buy games in order to play on weekends where most of us have most free time and not being able to play may well ruin our planned weekend (at least in one case user had taken extented weekend to play multi with their borther and that went to waste because he could not get the game when he wanted due to similar glitch so no wonder he was angry). So it's somewhat understandable in those circumstances.

It's unfortunate that patience is no longer considered a virtue in modern society. Everything has to happen here and now (or yeasterday in many cases).

Nice post, even if you saved too much on paragraphs :P

I surely agree, even if I must add that:
- this guy already knew Gog and still lost it after just 1 work day delay.
- if you plan a gaming weekend.. plan it well lol ( = set up the game before and don't rely only on a single one!).

I think these are the new "Friend" threads. *shrug*
Well, they may be slow to respond, but they did make it right in the end.

Yeah, sadly support seems to have gotten a lot slower a while ago, probably due to the surge of new users after the Witcher 3 release and the launch of Galaxy. When I needed support a while ago support reacted far more quickly than what people are reporting now on the forums. I'm sure things will improve over time, though.
It seems like there are a lot of problems with Paypal. I wonder why...
